Atsumi's transport maths is right and worth repeating: the whole trip moves for ≈ ¥6,100–6,600 on trains, against ¥27,600 to hire a car. But the number that actually decides this isn't on the table. Changing five international tickets is very often more than the whole extension costs — sometimes several times more. Price the flight change first. And note what the second half of the table is telling you: Disneyland costs about as much as the two extra nights, the two extra days of food and every admission put together. Buy the Tokyu Minatomirai Ticket, at Musashi-Nitta, on Thursday morning. It is the only pass that covers the expensive part of your day — the Musashi-Nitta ↔ Yokohama return, which is most of the ¥1,700–1,800 — and gives you the Minatomirai Line free once you're there. Buying the two separately costs about the same before you've made a single hop inside Yokohama, so everything after that is free. Ask for it by name at the ticket window: みなとみらいチケット.木曜の朝、武蔵新田で「みなとみらいチケット」を買ってください。この券だけが、1日で最も高い部分＝武蔵新田〜横浜の往復（1,700〜1,800円の大半）をカバーし、さらに現地でみなとみらい線が乗り放題になります。別々に買った場合とほぼ同額なので、横浜到着後の移動は実質無料です。窓口でみなとみらいチケットと伝えれば通じます。
The plain Minatomirai Line day pass is roughly break-even, not a saving. Single hops on that line run ¥200–230 adult, so ¥460 pays for itself on the third ride. Your Thursday is about three rides — Yokohama to Bashamichi, on to Nihon-odori, and Motomachi-Chukagai home — because Osanbashi to Yamashita Park to Chinatown is all walkable. So it lands within a couple of hundred yen either way. The bus pass is worth it for legs, not for money. ¥600 for two or three rides you'd otherwise walk is not a saving — but the Akai Kutsu loop stops at Akarenga, Osanbashi, Yamashita Park and Chinatown in that order, which is your afternoon in sequence, and it is a red retro bus that children are happy to be on. With a three-year-old at 16:00 in December that's the argument. Disneyland only exists if you stay five nights, exactly as you asked — it's Friday 4 December on the extension. The airport bus link you sent is the wrong route. tokyubus.co.jp/airport/de-chofu is the Haneda ↔ Chofu service, which runs west to Chofu and Fuchu and never comes near Ota City — that's why Google Maps won't offer it between the airport and Yaguchi. There is a useful airport bus, but it's the Keikyu one to Kamata Station, which leaves you one Tokyu stop from the flat.
